I'm going to co...Okay, I'm in for the 30 day goal. I'm going to continue my 1 hour a day plan but I really, really need to concentrate on my eating. I think I need to cut down on my carbs and increase my water intake. So, I'll have 2-3 liters of H2o per day and no carbs after 2pm daily.
